About Me

- I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I continued on to receive a Master's of Science in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. This is my 13th year of teaching and I have been privileged to be at PDS for eleven years. I have taught both second and third grades. I am CLIP(Collaborative Literacy Intervention Program)trained and teach and encourage students to use a variety of reading strategies to help them become successful readers. I am a wife and mother of two, 16 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I work extremely hard seven days a week to be prepared to work with and educate your children. I look forward to a wonderful year and look forward to your support.
